Tucked away at the heart of Caribou RV Park in Whitehorse, Cork&Fork isn’t just a food trailer – it’s a journey through Europe on a plate. Led by Chef Sandra and her team of classically trained French and European chefs, we serve up real, handmade European cuisine in the unlikeliest of places – the wild Yukon.
Our dishes aren’t inspired by Europe – they are Europe. From Belgian fries fried in beef tallow to German bratwurst made in-house, French tartes flambées, Italian lasagna, and Swiss fondue – everything is made from scratch using authentic techniques, premium local meats, and hard-to-find imported ingredients like Beaufort cheese, European flour, and prosciutto di Modena.
